Orders placed before 3pm on Tuesday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.
If for any reason the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will e-mail or telephone you to let you know when you can expect to receive your purchase.

*Due to the store being closed on Sunday and Monday, orders placed on these days will not be dispatched until Tuesday.
For orders below £50 in value, there will be a charge of £2.50 for Postage and Packing. For an extra £2.50, you can upgrade your delivery to Express.
We offer this service free of charge for orders over £100. If your order value is below £100 and you require your items urgently we can still send them by Express Delivery for a £5 surcharge. Please select this option on the Shopping Basket page. Whilst next day delivery may be an option, we cannot guarantee it. In particular goods ordered on a Saturday afternoon, Sunday or Monday are unlikely to arrive until Wednesday, or Thursday. However items ordered between Tuesday and Friday should arrive within 24 to 72 hours. We insure against loss of goods in transit to you.
Deliveries in East Anglia
There may be some occasions where we are able to deliver goods via our own vehicle. In the event of this being an option, we will make contact with the customer first.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
We endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as we can, at no cost to you, or at a minimal charge. Normally the delivery services we use provide prompt delivery. For standard delivery this is 3 to 5 working days, however, most carriers reserve the right to take up to 10 days, or longer abroad. Therefore, please allow 10 working days prior to contacting us about UK deliveries and 28 days for the rest of the world. For express deliveries see the grid above and contact us one day later if your item has not arrived.
Orders placed before 2 pm normally are sent on that day, or first trading day after our weekend closing. However, on odd occasions the payment clearing centre will hold up payments to us, whilst they are completing security checks. Unfortunately, these checks are beyond our control and are designed to protect both us and the consumer. In these circumstances, dispatch may be delayed until the next day.
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.

We offer both Economy and Express Delivery services to European countries, with most deliveries being carried out by DHL International.
Economy Delivery Service should ensure delivery within 5 working days, but could take up to a week depending on when you place your order.
Express Delivery Service will ensure delivery between 1 and 3 working days depending on when the order is placed.
You will receive a text & email from DHL Express, as soon as your order has left us, with an estimated delivery date and a link to their ‘on demand delivery’ which will give you 6 different delivery options to customise your delivery.
Both the above services are subsidised by us, as we are trying to give you the best possible service at a competitive price.
Rest of the world
Rest of the world – We only Express Delivery Service to the Rest of the World, as this is the most cost effective and quickest service DHL offer. Express deliveries will normally take between 3 and 5 days depending on location, but can be a bit longer if orders are placed over the weekend period. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any Customs or Security hold-ups and you are likely to be charged local taxes on delivery if your order value is over your countries’ duty threshold. For the USA; this is $800.

Above is a list of charges that cover most orders shipped to the various locations, however, should your order be larger, postage charges will be calculated at the checkout, prior to payment.
Which Countries do we ship to?
We send parcels to most countries, but in some cases our suppliers restrict where we can sell their products. This will be noted on the product page, so please do not order these items if you live in a restricted country.
VAT Receipts & Orders
All our orders are dispatched with VAT receipts.
Customers ordering from outside the European Union will receive a VAT reduction on their order at the current UK VAT rate. This is automatically applied at the checkout once you have confirmed your delivery details. If our system does not pick this up automatically, you can still proceed with your order and we will refund the VAT via your payment method manually. In this event, please contact email@example.com stating your order number.
Please note you may have to pay local taxes and duties that apply to your country on delivery, if you are not in the European Community.
